Just wanted to say the designs and styles are amazing. Baby’s not here yet but these look great and simple to use and the pre-wash has happened.
Also wanted to say thank you for the extra nappy. I thought the delay was due to a stock issue and with so much baby stuff arriving I’d lost track of delivery dates. Rest assured the extra nappy will definitely be a useful addition.
These are for my daughter in law baby due in June but live out in Dubai so taking with me when I go to meet my new grandson they look and feel lovely
I have tried to contact river and blue with no success. I'm very disappointed that the item has not arrived and I have had no communication from the company.
Hi Sarah, I replied to your email on 9th October. Your parcel was attempted delivery on 16th and 17th Sept with no success. It was then held by Royal Mail until 7th October, when it was then returned to me. I have since received the parcel back and refunded you. Perhaps check your spam emails for the email I sent you. I'm sorry you thought my customer service wasn't up to par, as I did in fact reply to your email. Helen
