Our Premium Insert Set comprises 2 inserts:

  • a 5-layer bamboo cotton hourglass (70% bamboo 30% cotton); and
  • a 4-layer hemp cotton booster (55% hemp 45% cotton).

Both inserts snap together and then into the nappy shell or can both be used separately. The smaller booster is perfect on its own for use when the nappy is snapped to the smaller 2 rise settings, however both inserts fit just fine.

Materials used are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified. Meaning you can be absolutely sure that they contain no harmful chemicals.

Note: Wash before first use (no need to soak). Inserts should reach full absorbency after 8-10 washes, although only one wash is necessary before first use. As our inserts are made with natural fibres, some shrinkage is expected after washing. Gently pull back into shape when damp. Air drying should minimise any curling of the edges, but if needed these can be popped into the dryer.

Great inserts!

Their greatest downfall is also their biggest success. These inserts hold so much liquid that they don’t dry properly in the dryer and they make everything else in the dryer a little wet when the cycle is done. I hang them out after and they still take like a day. Of course this means they are great in a nappy. I use the main insert with the booster as a night nappy and no leaks! So the multi pack of inserts is a great solution. Having more inserts than shells means that some inserts can be drying while others are in use. Now the downfall is just a win!

Super absorbent

Such good inserts, definitely take a while to dry but they're definitely the most absorbent inserts we've got. Almost never get leaks with these even from our *very* heavy wetter!
